Machining

Just about any feature can be machined into the base castings.  Wilkast will perform machining in-house.

Machining will be done on one of our three 4-axis Makino CNC machines, purpose-built standalone machines, or contracted to local suppliers.  We employ all modern techniques and monitor the output utilizing ISO 9001:2015 inspection methods.

Wilkast has the equipment and expertise to meet all of your machining needs.  Our services include milling, drilling, tapping and more.  With over 30 years of experience, our machining personnel have the skills to complete secondary operations so that the part is ready to install or assemble when it reaches your facility.
